What is Ulzzang?

Ok so the first thing I think I should touch on is.. "What Is Ulzzang" before you do anything you should know  what is (obviously).

Well here is a definition which of ulzzang that I found on Urban Dictionary.

"Ulzzang (pronounced uhl-jang) translates to "best face" or "good looking" in Korean. This slang is often used by netizens, contests including girls competing for the title of "ulzzang". However, even if this is true, Ulzzang has developed into a subculture/style, rather than a competition/contest event." Ok so after reading the definition I'm pretty sure you have a better understanding of what it is.  Generally ulzzangs have pale skin, small lips, a small nose, and big eyes. Big eyes is really important to have as an ulzzang which can be easily achieved by wearing circle lenses. Also even though most ulzzangs have pale skin, you don't really need to have pale skin. The reason why is because the whole ulzzang thing originated from Korea and Korea is a country that values pale skin, so that's why a lot of people think you need pale skin but nope you can do just fine without. Road to Ulzzang Hood..

Well I'm a first time blogger and full time tumblr user...but I think tumblr also counts as being a blog so maybe I'm not a I first time blogger. Anyways I going to be filling this blog with my knowledge of being an ulzzang and everything from skin care to clothes. I think that anybody can be ulzzang no matter what ethnicity he or she is. (and yes males can be ulzzang too.) To be honest I'm no goddess of being ulzzang. I'm just like everyone else, trying to figure out what works and doesn't work and doing what I think is right.
